Tj for Model Number plef489cca All functions except bottom element work. Replaced element and still not work. Can hear relays clicking on the board. any suggestions
Answer TJ, With the relays clicking on the board but the bottom element not coming on it would be recommended to remove one wire from the bake element and turn the oven to bake and test the wire that you just disconnected for 120 vac. Then test the element terminal with the wire disconnected for 120 vac. Then you will want to follow the wires back to its origin if on the side that there is not 120 vac if there is one without power on it. More than likely this will be a control board issue.
