Linda for Model Number FEQ1442ES0 My dryer all of a sudden started shutting itself off after a couple of minutes of drying and didn't get hot at all during the drying time. When I try to restart the machine it does the same thing all over. I tried to even readjust the dryness settings and the machine wouldn't let me. Do you have any suggestions? I think that I may need to replace my Thermal limiter but I am not sure.
Answer Hello Linda. It sounds like the venting system is clogged or kinked. You will need to check the vent and clean it out. Be sure and clean the vent pipe and the dryer air duct assembly.
