Hello Heather. You will need to check and make sure there is 240 volts coming to the dryer. If so, make sure the dryer plug is not burnt at the terminal block. Be sure and test the heater 131553900. It should read closed for continuity. You can test this with a multi-meter MA-DM1. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
