Answer Hello. If your unit will not heat it could point to several issues. The first thing to check would be the thermal fuse and the thermostats with a multi meter [AP344064]. I will include a link to an article on how to test various parts with a meter. If those are all in good shape, you can check the element and all the wiring in the unit to make sure there are no burnt out pieces.
