Alfred, You will want to check the door lock as being the issue with the unit. If the door is not reading as being locked then this will cause the unit to not go past the fill setting. If it is reading good, then the timer would be your next step. If it is good, then you test for power to the motor and replace the motor if needed. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
