John for Model Number FDB1500LFQ2 We noticed the dishes in the upper rack were not getting clean and thought maybe the upper arm wasn't spinning. When we removed the upper arm assembly (part #154468502) we found the gasket at the end of it that presses against the back panel gasket was disintegrated/melted. 1. What would cause this? 2. Is there a way to buy the gasket without having to buy the whole upper arm assembly? Thank you.
