Answer Hello George, You will need to pull the unit out and disconnect the power and water hoses from the unit. Note their locations so the hoses do not get swapped as this will cause a fault code. Remove the screws from the rear top edge of the machine and slide the main top toward the rear of the machine and lift it off. Disconnect the wiring after noting the wires locations, (a cell phone picture helps during reassembly). You will need a long Phillips head screwdriver for the three screws holding the valve to the dispenser housing. You will also need a small flat blade screwdriver to manipulate the water valve grommet from the main back. This part is delicate and has to be reinstalled to prevent a water leak from the valve contacting the raw metal edges on the main back.
