David R. for Model Number GE JB550G J4WH I want to replace the drip pans and rings on this 25 year old range. I see the rings and the 6 and 8 inch drip pans, but this model has one burner that requires a wide throat for the burner electrical (this one is not removable). My local parts dealer says this drip pan is no longer available, but the throat in your picture of the 8" pan looks to be about 3" wide and may well be big enough. Is the throat wide enough to allow use on this GE model. If it will, is it available in black (like the original drip pans are?
