Blake November 11, 2023 I just ordered part WB32X10013 and WB32X10012 for a very old Hotpoint stove. I took out the old pans and rings and washed them and am not sure how to put them back on the stove. I lifted up the coil, put in the burner drip bowl, and then put the ring on top of it but it does not seem right as it moves around a lot. So then I put the ring on first, then lifted up the coil and put in the burner drip bowl. That keeps the ring in place but the coil sticks up too much. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.
1 Answer Blake, if the model number of your appliance could be provided in a new question, this will allow the most accurate information to be presented. Read More...

I have bought THREE different drip pans, but either the cutout is not big enough or the pan is not deep enough. I need a pan with a cutout, not a hole. Either the cutout needs to be bigger or the pan needs to be deeper. HELP!

Gary January 24, 2018 for Model Number J DP3680W1AD I'm looking for drip pans to fit a GE 30" slide in electric stove, Model # J DP3680W1AD, this stove was likely installed about 19 years ago. The 8" pans which are on it now were replacements at some time and do not fit properly, they move and slide around and out of the cutouts they drop into. Those cutouts are 8 1/4" wide from the inside. Not sure if the burner coils are original either, the coils have three thin brackets on which they rest in the drip pan. Hope you may be able to help, thanks.
1 Answer Hello Gary. You will need to order 2 of WB31M1 and 2 of WB32X106 for the bowls needed. Thank you. Read More...
