Helen Paris for Model Number WCSR2080B2WW I asked how to install the new agitator and new coupling- they are attached and it was suggested I watch a video - I did, the video made sense, but the bolt kept falling out when I turned the agitator kit over to put it in place - I am using a 3/8 inch opening (10 inch length) extender - Is this incorrect? Am I supposed to have a 7/16 inch extender? I called to chat yesterday and the lady told me to take a hangar and pull off the coupler from the new agitator - I don't believe that is a smart move - so I am awaiting a better answer. Thanks in advance.
Answer Helen, The coupler that the agitator sits on will not get screwed in from the top of the agitator.
