Jennifer for Model Number WLSR3000G5WW Trying to figure out if I need to replace the complete agitator assembly or just the coupling or if it is something else. I can spin the top portion of the agitator freely by hand. When I start a cycle, there's a lot of loud clicking going on when it gets to the agitation portion and the agitator is just barely agitating or not at all. The machine seems to fill, drain and spin perfectly. Any ideas of where I should start to do the repair? Thank you for any help you may provide.
Answer Hello Jennifer. The best thing is to remove the agitator from the tub assembly. Then you can inspect the coupling to see if it is bad on the unit. This also gives you a chance to inspect the agitator out of the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, January 14, 2015
