Jennifer for Model Number WWA8350GALAD I ordered a new coupling today from your site. I could not see the black part of the coupling anywhere. Now I see that the coupling itself has come apart. The black part is stuck within the agitator and the rest is on the shaft of the transmission. (I hope I am describing this properly.) How do we get the black part out of the agitator?
