Matt for Model Number ZMC1090BV01 I did a hard reset and the MW flashed reset so I set the clock and now it is flashing start and none of the buttons are responding. Where do I go from here?
Answer Matt, once the time is set and it flashes start, the start button would be pressed. If the start button is not responsive, then the keypad will need to be tested. With the power cord unplugged, the keypad WB27X1058 ribbon will need to be accessed and tested from pin 6 to pin 13 for continuity. When the start button is pressed, there should be continuity, and no continuity if the button is not pressed. If the keypad tests properly, then the main control WB27X10575 has failed. Unfortunately, if either part has failed, the manufacturer has discontinued these parts and they are no longer available. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, February 6, 2020
