Dan for Model Number NTW4650YQ0 Hello I've contacted your personal and was given two fix options for may washer ...costing now $80. Yet still have not fixed problem...replaced Sychronous,actuator unit and cam kit,..unit fills with water door locks then will not agitate ..can feel the humming sound of the motor and feel it through machine yet still won't engage to agitate....the water level is small but once fills won't operate.....please help
Answer Dan, With having replaced the splutch cam and the actuator, the issue is going to come down to a faulty gearcase. If the motor is turning and with these other 2 parts being new and installed properly then the gearcase is bad for the agitation cycle and would need to be replaced. Read More...
