Pete for Model Number GSS22SGMB I have a GE refridgerator model GSS22GMB that will not cool or freeze. All of the fans and lights work. The compressor will not start or attempt to start. There is no voltage (0 VAC) at the leads going into the compressor relay. I've checked the compressor start capacitor and it is good (14.6 uf verses spec of 15.0). It sounds to me like the mother board is shot, do you concur? Thanks.
