Heather for Model Number PSS26MSPASS Our ice maker still produced ice but does not dispense it. The water still comes out the front of the fridge, but no ice will dispense? Is this the correct part to replace?
Answer Heather, Yes, it may be an issue with the main control board that is faulty that is not allowing the unit to dispense ice. You will want to test the auger motor first to see if there is power getting to the motor. There should be 120vac to the motor. If there is not power then check at the control board for 120 vac. If there is no power going to the auger motor from the control board then you would want to replace the main control board. Read More...
