Ramon for Model Number PTS25LHPARBB I have a GE Artica top freezer - refrigerator. The temperatures have risen in both units. I cleaned the coils and the temperatures remains too warm -- 28 (set at -4) and 50 (set at 34). Do I need to replace the motherboard? If so, is there a YouTube Video showing it being done? I see that there are instructions, do they come with the part? Thanks.
Answer Hello Ramon. You need to check and see if the condenser fan motor is running good. If not, it could be the issue with the unit. If it is good, look for a defrost issue or partial frost on the coils. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, September 10, 2013
