Wally for Model Number gss22jereww the water and ice dispenser on my GE refrigerator won't work. When the switch is depressed the light dims or blinks, nothing else happens. the refrigerator/freezer works well otherwise.

The dim, blinking lights and no operation of the dispenser indicates a weak circuit on the main control board(mother board) WR55X10942C on the back of the refrigerator. If you press and hold the paddle long enough, chances are the compressor will also shut down. This is due to an issue in the control board circuitry. Read More...
