Virginia for Model Number GSH25JSRFSS A lot of the same problems with water dispenser not working, freezer not working but cool, fridge not cooling appropriatley. We have had water dispenser water tube heater kit replaced plus something in the back...forgot the name. But now the freezer AND fridge both FREEZE ONLY AT THE BOTTOM portions, in the last shelf and second to the last. Both from there up are cool but still are not cool enough. Any suggestions.
