Tom for Model Number PTS22LCRARBBAG310291 Compressor will not run. Fans run and lights work. Outlet has 120 volts. Seems to be only about 50 volts at Compressor. Compressor ohms out good at pins. Relay and overload are not open. Cap was replaced. Is the problem the control board? Is AP4436216 the correct p/n?
