Rob for Model Number Gss25sgress Ice dispenser recently working sporadically, now not at all. When I push cube dispenser button, green light goes on. Then when paddle is pushed, the light goes out and no ice. I have the water disconnected so can't check water dispenser. Having a live chat, they suggested auger motor or dispenser control panel. Any way to determine for sure what the issue is?
Answer Hello Rob, This is either going to be an issue with the dispenser board or the main board. If you test at the main board for 13Vdc terminal J4-2 to ground, you should read the voltage.
