Lg for Model Number GSL25JFTFBS Our freezer on our GE side by side has everything covered in frost lots of frost and ice. Temp is set fine. Ice won't dispense and is in a big clump. Seems to be keeping everything frozen.
Answer LG, The most likely cause for this issue would be that the unit, when coming out of defrost, the fan is coming on before it is completed.
