Louis for Model Number PTS25LBMARWW We have a GE Profile Arctica top-freezer refrigerator that was working fine. We emptied and unplugged it when we went out of town. When we returned I plugged it in and we only get the dome lights. I do not hear the compressor or the freezer fan running. Also the temperature control lights do not come on. Is this consistent with needing a new mother board? I am confused because it worked fine until we unplugged it. Thanks.
Answer Louis, If the dials are in the on position and the unit is not running then yes this would be an indication that the main board is faulty and would need to be replaced. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, January 14, 2015
