Dan for Model Number PFS22SISBSS Freezer compartment not getting cold enough to keep ice cream solid...sometimes it's hard but mostly it's been soft. Fridge part seems to be okay but can't tell since temperature display sometimes comes on.....hearing clicking noise but not hearing compressor kick on. Thanks in advance for your help.
Answer Hello Dan. If sometimes the compressor runs and other times it clicks out on the overload, you will need to order and replace the compressor WR87X20798 on the unit.
