Answer Alan, You will want to test the thermistors in the unit. The resistance of the thermistors should be 42.2K ohms at 0 degrees, 14.4K ohms at 36 degrees and 5K ohms at 77 degrees. If the resistance is off then replace the thermistor. If they check ok then check to make sure that the evaporator coils are not starting to ice up.
