Chad for Model Number PSS26NGPABB Fans and lights are running, but compressor doesn't seem to be. Warm air is blowing. I replaced the start relay, but it didn't help. I tested the voltage on the wires connected to the start relay and the reading was 0. Is there anything else I can check to confirm that the board is bad?
