John U for Model Number pss27sgpass on the control panel, it always lights on cubed (Ice is coming) and sometimes the lock control light is on. I cannot change from this two light display on. All other functions are not working because I can not change to different functions and every thing else is just fine. My question is ---- do I need main board or just replace control panel board and some thing else. greatly appreciate for your answer. john um
Answer John, Based on the post information you shouldn't need the main control board WR55X10942C. You do want to check the wiring harness at the freezer door lower hinge, make sure there aren't any loose connections or damaged wires.
