Dennis for Model Number gss25lgmfbb I have a G.E. side by side refrigerator model gss25lgmfbb. The problem I'am having is either the freezer or fridge side gets warm. It would happen intermittently but now both side are warm. After unplugging for a day plugged in and worked for two days. Idid notice there was a power outage the day before this happened. Don't think its the compressed because it did get cold again.
Answer Dennis, You will want to pull the unit out and check the condenser fan to make sure that the fan is running. If the fan is running then the most likely issue will be the control board is sticking in the defrost cycle and not coming out. This would require a new control board. Read More...
