Dennis for Model Number gss25lgmfbb Have G.E. side by side fridge. Noticed that one side would get warm then get cold. Now both side are warm un plugged and replugged and got cold for 12 hours. Fans are running and compressor runs but seems hot after awhile. could it be mother board?
Answer Dennis, You will want to check the temperature sensors in the unit to ensure that they are good. The resistance should be 5K ohms at room temp of 77 degrees, at 36 degrees would be 14.4k ohms and at 0 degrees would be 42.2K ohms.
