Bonny for Model Number gsh25jfrfbb My side by side refrigerators freezer works for a little while and then defrosts. How do I fix this?
Answer Bonny, It sounds like the issue with the refrigerator is sticking in the defrost cycle. This will be either a sensor WR55X10025 or the main control board WR55X10942C that is causing this issue. You can test the sensor for resistance of 42.2K ohms at 0 degrees, 14.4K ohms at 36 degrees and 5K ohms at 77 degrees. If the sensor does not check ok then replace the sensor.
