Randy for Model Number ESS25XGMBBB Hi, GE side-by-side fridge would not turn on. Ordered a new main board (WR55X10942) from you, installed and it started working, however it is still not cooling. Fan is blowing in freezer section with only a slight cool, but main fridge compartment is warm. Could this be a relay? Thanks.
Answer Hello Randy. You will need to check and see if the compressor is running. If so, then you will need to have an HVAC tech come and repair the unit. If the compressor is not running, and there is power to it, you will want to see if the relay is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
