Michael for Model Number PSS26NGPBBB All of the lights inside my refrigerator come on, but none of the LEDs or the displays are working, the water dispenser is no longer dispensing water, none of the fans come on, the ice maker does not work, and the compressor no longer comes on. In other words, the only thing that seems to be working at this point is the light bulbs. Is this most likely the control board? What steps can I take at this point to confirm the control board is what needs to be replaced? Is AP4436216 the correct part for me to purchase, if it is the control board? I am comfortable doing anything that does not involve refrigerant. Thanks, Michael
Answer Hello Michael. Yes, it sounds like the main board WR55X10942C is bad on the unit. You will test for power to the board. If there, and nothing work, replace the board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
