Tyler W. for Model Number GSH25JFTAWW Hi my fridge and freezer are both getting warm. I have a side by side GE model number GSH25JFTAWW. The freezer wouldn't drop below 25 degrees the defrost thermostat had been replaced and the heater is operating during the defrost cycle. No ice excessive ice build up on evap coil. The compressor runs and all fans are operating, cleaned condensed can off. I was wondering if the main control board is malfunctioning.
