Pam for Model Number GE profile french door with freezer on bottom Hello-my 5 year old fridge has been making intermittent clicking noises for the past month. everything works without problem. Do i need to replace control board or is it another issue? my husband is very handy and would prefer to do it ourselves rather than pay the high cost of repairman. We are on fixed income. thank you!
Answer Pam, If we had a better idea of where the clicking noise is located and a model number we could probably give you a better idea of the problem. But, in a lot of cases a loud clicking noise is usually the start relat attempting to start the compressor in the back of the refrigerator.
