Ed for Model Number HSM25GFTASA The other day my power went out for several hours. Some time after it came back on I noticed water dripping down the front of the freezer door, presumably melted ice, and the temperature control/ice maker buttons no longer worked, and the refrigerator is no longer staying cold (lights still work). I don't have any reason to think any other part of the refrigerator was damaged. I am writing to ask if replacing part WR55X10566 which appears to have been damaged by the water, would solve my problem. Thanks in advance.
Answer Ed, With the unit not cooling, and the dispenser controls not working then this will most likely be caused by a faulty main control board WR55X10942C. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, January 31, 2017
