Smv Hi, we have a GE side by side refrigerator model #PSC23SSNASS. The fridge and freezer are working fine, except for the bottom drawer in the fridge. It has special functions controlled by a panel at the top of the fridge. These include express cool, special temperature settings for meat, produce and citrus and lastly a handy express thaw setting. All good except now it seems stuck on the express thaw mode. I press the button until all the lights are off and then shut the door, and when you open the door again it's set to 3.5 lbs express thaw and the drawer temp is 51 or 52 degrees. Even if you set one of the other modes it defaults back to this. What part do we need to replace to fix this? Thanks in advance.
