Martin for Model Number PZS25KSECFSS The Interface dispenser on the GE side-by-side refrigerator is dead. Seems like there is no power to this. Everything else in the refrigerator/freezer works including the ice maker. I replaced the Interface dispenser ASM control board but same issue. The interface display is dead. What is the next step I should try?
Answer Hello Martin. You will need to check and see if there is power coming to the main control board on the unit. If so, and the unit does not work, you will need to replace the main control board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
