Carrie for Model Number GSHS5KGXBCSS Hi, my fridge stopped cooling, I had just about given up as the repairman said it could be a leak but he didn't know for sure. Everything runs, lights, fan ice maker, it just is not cooling. So after much research I read it could be the control board, so I ordered WR55X10942, we installed this evening, it is not cooling still. There is a step 2 instruction where it says I have to cut some wire, but it only applies to bottom freezer models, mine is a side by side, so that wouldn't be a bottom freezer right? And I hate to cut wires when I could send it back and get my money back if this is not going to work? Thanks for any help you might have. Trying to get this fridge going before we host my daughters wedding reception next week.....
