D.S. for Model Number DSS25KGRCWW Two weeks ago, I discovered a thawed freezer with a back wall of solid ice. After thawing, and replacing the defrost heater, temp sensor, and defrost limiter thermostat, the unit appeared to work great, cycling through defrost with appropriate temperatures daily. One week later, however, the back wall is frozen, with food thawed again. I need to know whether one of the new parts is at fault, or if the main board needs to be replaced.
