Most times it will require the unit to be shut off and open for a period of time and thus thaw the water dispenser. Answer Jim, Based on your post description and information, the issue is most likely in the Control Board WR55X10942C / WR55X10942P. Check and make sure the outlet is a polarized, grounded 120 VAC outlet, then replace the control board.
