Megan for Model Number PSS26MSWSS Hi, All other functions of the fridge and freezer are working well (ice maker, cooling, lighting), but the dispenser interface was flashing intermittently and now unresponsive altogether. Is it most likely needed to replace the entire control board (this part) or the ASM to the panel? I'd hate to replace the control board and have the problem persist. Thanks!
Answer Megan, There is a wire harness that comes thru the bottom of your door and as time goes on these wire can break.I would suspect this is your problem.Just pull off your bottom cover find your harness where it goes into the bottom of your door and give the wires a tug test individually.Only repair is to wire them back together.
