Robert T for Model Number CSHS5UGXSS The door water dispenser only works when the unit is running (cooling mode). In the rest mode no water flows and when the water dispenser arm is pushed to get water the temperature numbers flash, but no water. The ice maker seems to work but I'm not sure if it is only in the run mode (vs rest). I have replaced the door control board and the problem still persists. Could this be related to a faulty main control board? (WR55X10942P) The freezer and main box are kept at the temperatures on the door read out. The water line is not frozen since I get water when the unit is in the run/cool mode. Thanks for the help.
