Dale for Model Number DSS25KSRBSS Only the fridge and freezer lights are working, front control panel is dark, no fan or compressor running. The unit has had power for over 12 hours but has not restarted. I have reset the power twice with the same result. I assume this is a control board problem but how do I confirm this or another cause? Answer Hello Dale, first check the freezer door wire harness is intact at the hinge leading back to the cabinet, if it is then the main control board would likely have failed.
