Matt for Model Number GSHS6HGDBCSS Hello, I have been working to get my GE refrigerator working for the past few weeks. The issue that I am having is the temp is much colder at the bottom of the fridge and freezer section than the top. It is currently showing 9 degrees in the freezer and 54 degrees in the fridge. The evaporator fan is working when the unit is initially plugged in for a few minutes or the doors are left open for more than 3 minutes but it does not run otherwise. The condenser fan is still running all of the time I have replaced the defrost heater, defrost thermostat, evaporator fan, and thermoresistor in the freezer. I am thinking it is the main board but I am looking to see if there is a way to test it before making the large investment. Any help is appreciated.

If there is not then the issue will be the board. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, September 3, 2021
