This electronic control board governs your dryer's cycle logic and responses. Replacing a failing board restores proper communication between the controls and internal components to help resolve dead console, no-start, or erratic cycle behavior.

Mike, Based on the information the control board does sound like it would be the most likely cause for the dryer not to start but would suggest to test the door switch and the thermal fuse just to rule them out as being a possible cause of failure.

Mike, A couple of things to check first. The door switch, make sure the switch operates and the wiring is OK. The idler switch and wiring, inside the cabinet on the rear area of the motor. If the belt is broken, or the switch or wiring is damaged the dryer wont start. If all's OK, then replace the main control board WE04M10004, the motor relay on the board has probably failed.
