Jim for Model Number GTWN4250M1WS Washer fills properly but will not agitate or spin. It will pump water out by turning the dial to drain/spin. Lid switch checked and is working. Went through field service check and no errors appeared. Also, the motor light code is normal. Could this still be a control board problem? If so how do I confirm it?
