Hi Rich. There is a moisture sensor control board part # WE04X10102 that senses the clothes moisture as they pass on the sensor bars under the front lower side of the inner drum lint screen. Look inside the unit and use a scotchbrite to lightly scuff up the bars to remove the fabric softener build up also to give it a fresh start. Thank You.
