Gary for Model Number gsd3835f00ww The washer seems to be going through the cycles ok but the water doesn't drain from the tube. The pump is working and the solenoid pulls down, I took the hose off the sink drain and blowed back through it and it seems ok. What's next? thanks for any help
Answer Hello Gary, You would want to pull the hose off the side of the drain and see if water comes out. If water comes out then you will need to replace the pump assembly WD26X10013. If the unit does not have water come out then you have a restriction inside the pump and would need to be cleaned out. Some water may trickle out with a block but no block it will pour out.
