David G. N. for Model Number WPRB8050D1WW Wife was running couple blankets through wash cycle, but didn't have water setting to maximum load. All of a sudden it started smoking from around the drum area under the lid, hit stop. Then hit spin and drain to get water out, which worked.did not spin though. Agitator didn't work either so figured belt broke/burnt up on it..took front of machine off, checked belt OK> then noticed the part on right side panel front edge melted down..wiring still intact. Unhooked wires from bottom, two male connections..I'm assuming that part ap4567124 would fix things.?
