J.P. for Model Number jvm6175ef1es I have read your FAQ's about charcoal filters, thank you. My problem is that my sales person (Lowes) ordered a charcoal filter that is 6 1/4 X 4. I have no idea where this goes. My aluminum filter is 13 3/8 X 5 7/8. Will your filter WB02X1124 fit and if so, where? Is there an illustration somewhere? Thanks, John P.
Answer Hello JP! Yes, the charcoal filter WB02X11124 will work on your model JVM6175EF1ES. The charcoal filter is only used if the unit is set up to recirculate air back into the room. Please see the following user manual link from the manufacturer site and refer to page 28 for filter replacements.
